Let's begin with romance ... if it is female, you could write a very delicate wish on a petal of a flower. But avoid wasting corollas of poppies, please! you need a resistant flower, ie with thick petals, but soft forms: a good candidate might be a magnolia flower. white.

Greeting Card n. 3 - a gift for a gourmand

Does he/she not resist the cakes temptations? the best greeting card for him / her will certainly be a bar of chocolate! How to write "best wishes" on the chocolate? one possibility is to write with a felt-tip pen on the aluminum wrapping the chocolate. Another possibility is to drip some liquid white chocolate over the (brown) chocolate bar (it's a little more work, I know, but has great effect), or engrave with a pointed instrument the words "congratulations/best wishes " on the bottom (smooth) side of the chocolate bar. So do not use the pen on cocoa, it is not nice ...
Only downside: the greeting card might be more appreciated than gift itself...

Greeting Card n. 4 - gift for a geek

If the recipient of your gift spends his days with the PC, programming, playing games or surfing the web, your greeting card is ready: just use a blank CD or a floppy (for vintage lovers...) as a greeting message. The dedication and the names of those who bought the gift can be easily written with a pen on both media or, to remain in the area, entered into a text file in the floppy or CD, maybe with some other "gifts" - software, music, videos. If he is a security expert, you can even give him a virus, so ha can have a little fun.

Greeting Card n. 5 - a gift for a self-centred

Write it on a little mirror (if it's a she, then she will carry it in handbag). Ideally, the greeting phrase should be eraseable so that the recipient could really use your "card" to be reflected, so you could write with a non-permanent marker pen or with the classic lipstick (if it is a he). Beware that he is so egocentric that lipstick could make him getting big-headed ...
